We would be driving you on optimized way up to the signing of final selling documents, directly to the property you were dreaming of, still keeping in mind the protection of your interests.
All together, We will first of all find and precize your search criteria, desires and tastes during a meeting. Then when all being defined, we will sign an agreement for a representative mandate hunting order. We will refine all along your objectives and advise you on their feasibility according to the local market and present economic parameters.
After each of our visit or move, or at predefinite time, you will be receiving by mail, and/or any other way, a detailed report, eventually with pictures and comments, in order to bring you the best and complete pannel of available properties. When we will get a decent selection, all together, we will discuss how organize a tour, in the best conditions of move, confort and time saving. We engage ourself to communicate all relevent informations about the selected properties. We will be present and assisting you for all approachs and operations, from the first negociation talks, up to the final signing of selling certificate. Alpha Project Patagonia is specialized in Patagonia country side. We are digging for you in Neuquen province, Rio Negro, Chubut, .. , and all around in the pleasent sites you are imagining about or you have already at the back of one' mind... We are able to bring you the flat, the housing, the property, the ranch or the land just corresponding to your needs. For this unique service, we are proposing a fixed price. When signing a 3 months exclusive contract, you accept a fixed fee, including participation on search expenses and report charges. This contract could be renewed if necessary, and its cost will be deducted of the general commission et the final selling transaction. This special hunting contract fee will be requested at the end of the mission (i.e 3 months period), when signing selling commitment. The amount is computed to be about 3% of the selling price of the property, thus a minimum value of transaction will be anticipated to be around 3000 USD.
